What is your process from start to finish?
We start with a free consultation, then submit your plans and permits for city approval. Once approved, construction begins. Throughout the project, we coordinate all required inspections. After the final inspection, we hand the completed project back to you.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. As your licensed contractor, we take care of all permit applications and schedule inspections—so you never have to deal with the city directly.
What warranties do you offer on your work?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all labor and materials, in addition to manufacturer warranties for equipment like A/C systems and water heaters.
Can you help with the design or work with my architect?
Yes. We can collaborate with your existing architect or provide you with access to our in-house team of architects and engineers.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on scope, size, and location. Typical timeframes are:

We understand your time is valuable. We offer flexible scheduling to minimize disruptions to your daily life or business operations, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
