How do I request a quote or estimate?
Visit our Request a Consultation page, fill out the form, and upload any relevant documents. A team member will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your project and provide a detailed estimate.

 

How accurate are your estimates?
Our estimates are highly accurate and based on the information you provide. The more detailed your input, the more precise we can be.

 

What is your process from start to finish?
We start with a free consultation, then submit your plans and permits for city approval. Once approved, construction begins. Throughout the project, we coordinate all required inspections. After the final inspection, we hand the completed project back to you.

 

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. As your licensed contractor, we take care of all permit applications and schedule inspections—so you never have to deal with the city directly.

 

What warranties do you offer on your work?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all labor and materials, in addition to manufacturer warranties for equipment like A/C systems and water heaters.

 

Can you help with the design or work with my architect?
Yes. We can collaborate with your existing architect or provide you with access to our in-house team of architects and engineers.

 

How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on scope, size, and location. Typical timeframes are:

  • Residential projects/code violations: 3–4 weeks for plan preparation

  • Commercial projects/additions: 4–6 weeks for planning and permitting
    Construction time will be based on project specifics.

 

What factors might cause delays?
With 35+ years of experience, we know how to minimize delays. We pre-order long lead items like trusses, large windows, and custom components early. Our in-house team unites planning, engineering, and permit expediting to streamline your project and save months.

 

Do I need to move out during construction?
We plan projects to be as non-invasive as possible. Whether you need to move out depends on your specific situation, including the scope of work, safety, and personal preferences.

 

Will there be work on weekends or evenings?
We understand your time is valuable. We offer flexible scheduling to minimize disruptions to your daily life or business operations, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

 

What type of projects do you have experience with?
