Our journey began long before JJS Services Inc. was founded. It started decades ago, when a young Army veteran named Jack left Brooklyn, New York, and made his way to sunny Florida. With determination and grit, Jack became a licensed Florida state contractor, a small business owner, a devoted husband, father and, eventually, a mentor.

 

One day, Jack crossed paths with a young man named Brad, also from Brooklyn. Brad was eager to learn and soaked up everything Jack had to teach. By then, Jack held multiple state construction licenses and was a respected figure in the South Florida construction scene.

 

Fast forward 30 years, three companies, and many children and grandchildren later,  Brad and Jack remain close friends. Now a 35-year veteran of the construction industry, Brad founded JJS Services Inc. with a bold vision: to make construction fast, affordable, and accessible. Whether you’re adding an addition to your home, opening a restaurant, or resolving a property violation, JJS Services Inc. was built to be your one-stop solution, from design to final inspection.

 

The name JJS Services Inc. is a tribute to the man who started it all: Jack Joel Schulman.

At JJS Services Inc, our values are rooted in the legacy of friendship, mentorship, and family. We believe in serving others, building strong relationships, and putting in good old fashioned hard work. Though Jack is now retired, the spirit of that small business he built lives on. Brad’s son Trevor now works alongside him, and they hope that Brad’s young grandson will one day join the ranks, continuing the family tradition.
